The M65-GACES (our all solid wood) cutaway electric/acoustic Grand Auditorium has been repeatedly described to us as having "a great big, fat, round sound! " The combination of its solid sitka spruce top and solid ovangkol back and sides make for a wonderfully full, vibrant sounding guitar.

At first glance, the Merida M65-GACES looks like so many other quality "GA" style guitars. However, a closer look will show that this is no ordinary run of the mill guitar. The incredible attention to detail is clearly evident throughout. On the inside you'll find clean, neat, scalloped bracing and kurfing. On the outside, we've used all mahogany bindings, inlaid wooden rosette and the headstock is graced with our subtle, yet handsome, inlaid "M".
It's big bold sound is further enhanced by its Graphtech Black Tusq XL nut and saddle and D'Addario EXP 12-52 gauge strings. Tuning is handled by a set of high quality DerJung sealed, adjustable tuning gears! The onboard preamp and tuner is a Fishman PreSys system.
